These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of americanroofingpro.us (the "Site") and any preliminary contact you have with American Roofing Pro ("we", "us", "our") through the Site for example, submitting our contact form to request an estimate. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

American Roofing Pro is a California licensed roofing contractor (CSLB classification C-39, license #673318) located at 18828 Bryant Street #2, Northridge, CA 91324. We have been licensed since 1993 and operate primarily in Los Angeles County and the San Fernando Valley.

2. Free estimates and inquiries

We offer free, no obligation estimates. Submitting our contact form or calling us does not create a contract. No work will be performed, and no charge will be made, until you and an authorized representative of American Roofing Pro both sign a written work agreement that specifies the scope, materials, schedule, and price of the work.

3. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, impersonation, or harassment.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our infrastructure, or any data we hold.
• Submit knowingly false information through our contact form.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to submit forms or harvest content.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

4. Site content

All content on the Site including photographs, copy, logos, and graphics is owned by American Roofing Pro or used with permission. The marks "American Roofing Pro" and the ARP logo are our trademarks. Reasonable personal, non commercial use (e.g., sharing a link to a project photo) is welcome; commercial reuse requires our written permission.

5. Information accuracy

We make a good faith effort to keep service descriptions, license details, and contact information on the Site accurate and current. However, the Site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. For binding scope of work, materials, and pricing, please rely on a signed written estimate from us not on the general descriptions on this Site.

6. Communications and electronic records

By submitting the contact form, you consent to receive a transactional confirmation email from us at the address you provided. You may receive followup communication from a team member by email or phone to discuss your request. We will not add you to any marketing list unless you explicitly opt in. To stop transactional communication, reply STOP to any email or write to info@americanroofingpro.us.

You agree that electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and other records, and electronic delivery of notices and other communications from us, satisfy any legal requirement that those communications be in writing.

7. Disclaimers

The information on this Site is general in nature and may not apply to your specific situation. Roofing decisions depend on the condition and design of your particular structure. We strongly recommend an onsite inspection by a licensed contractor (such as American Roofing Pro) before relying on any guidance.

The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, neither American Roofing Pro nor its directors, employees, or contractors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under California or U.S. law (such as for personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless American Roofing Pro from any claim or demand including reasonable attorneys' fees made by any third party arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
